I have been with Dr. Patel for over 15 years. I have followed him through 3 of his offices. He has the soft touch and is soft spoken. What I really like is the way he listens to what I have to say and hears when I am scared. He explains everything that he is going to do and lets me be part of the decision.

The medical staff are great, unfortunately the front desk staff can be rude. My appointment time was moved 2 days before the appointment after they had previously rescheduled me, moving my appointment by a month.

They also require confirmation by phone. Don’t use the confirmation by text option – if you don’t confirm the scheduled appointment by phone they may cancel your appointment.

Such a nice place to go for a service a lot of people don’t enjoy. The entire staff is super nice and very knowledgeable! I’m so happy I found Fine Arts Dentistry!

Dr. Alston is a beast and a rock star!!! She had filled cavities and pulled a tooth and both procedures were perfect and painless.

Dr. Patel and his Staff are Wonderful! Let’s be Honest… we never like going to the Dentist ….however I must say this office will change your perception… It has changed mine….I feel comfortable and like family at every visit. I have always been pleased at every visit and with every treatment. If you are looking for a Wonder Staff and A Fabulous Dentist……Please visit Dr. Patel at Fine Art Denistry…. You will NOT be disappointed!

I called 2 times today. Both the times the employee picking up the phone was rude, did not give her name. I am already too busy to do time pass. I wanted the information about the DRs and if they are in network. The first lady would not even give me full names of Drs to check if they are in network. The second time the lady asked me what is it regarding. I asked her name as I had bad experience with first lady, but she would not give her name without knowing why I am calling. If someone is calling dentist office it’s regarding dental issue, dental insurance query, dental treatment. How do I give my business to you??? Dentists, without knowing your first name I can not get information from insurance if you are in network. Also the first lady said I have to call my insurance to make sure Dr is in network but would not give Dr’s names. There are 100s of dentist by last name Patel. You have to train your employee how to help patients.

This is an amazing dental office. Beautiful brand new facility, but that was overshadowed by the quality of the customer service and the care of the dentist. Dr. Patel did two crowns on me the same day which saved me time off work. One tooth wasn’t hurting but he showed me the tooth on live video while I was in the chair and you could definitely see the problem.

I highly recommend this dental place .Front desk ladies are very professional and polite
. Doctors were very nice and communicated very well.
. Not but least I want to thank Lauren dental hygienist who is super friendly and cool. best hands ever. She was super nice and did a excellent job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend her if anyone wants to do super cleaning . I am glad I found this place

I have been a customer of Fine Arts Dentistry (formerly Dental Works) for over 15 years now and always have had a great experience. The Fine Arts Dentistry Staff is always friendly and welcoming, calling me by name during every appointment and truly treat me as a special patient and value myself and my family of six as long time returning customers. Marsha Logan (Dental Assistant) – Marsha shows such care and compassion in her mannerisms and gentle touch when I have dental work done. She too has many years of experience in knowing how to treat patients and always attentive to their dental needs. Her ability to engage in conversation while delivering dental services is a sign of a well skilled and knowledgeable Dental Assistant.

Rose – (Dental Hygienist) – Rose’s joyous personality fills the office with a wonderful spirit that makes my experience all the more pleasurable. Yes, at a dentist’s office, pleasurable! Rose also demonstrates care and compassion for all those she interacts with, even if she is not assigned to them for an appointment.

Hollie (Dental Hygienist) – Hollie makes it a point to take her time thoroughly examining my teeth for any issues or concerns so I can take care before they become issues. Her years of knowledge and experience are evident in her care and compassion for my as a patient. I so appreciate her attention to detail and professionalism as a Dental Hygienist!

Yinnie (Office Administrator) – Yinnie always has a smile on her face and is attentive to my questions and needs for billing inquiries. She understands my questions and quickly responds with the right answer the first time.

Angel (Office Administrator) – Angel is a wonderful first impression employee who greets everyone who enters the office with a warm and embracing smile. She too is attentive to my questions or requests and makes sure I am comfortable while waiting.

Overall, I highly recommend Fine Arts Dentistry to anyone looking for superb customer service and a long-term, family friendly relationship with a Dental office and Staff.

Dr. Alston-Sizer and her staff are professional, friendly and really listen. When you have kidz with complex medical issues you can’t ask for more!

Since relocating to Charlotte we have visited Fine Arts Denistry, specifically Dr. Stacey Alston, and have been so happy and satisfied with our dental care from the professionals in this office, Could not be more satisfied!!
